good hotel in city
Room was good. All are ok. Breakfast also good. But if they could add more facility like sauna would be great.

A hotel which leaves little impression
Tuck in a hidden Soi, the hotel compound is actually small and claustrophobic! Rooms are a little small with small lifts and small passageway to manage our luggage. Small pool and also a decently small breakfast spread did not help in creating a good impression! However, staff is friendly and willing to assist in managing our daily needs so a plus for thier effort! Located at Thonglor but will still requires some walking as the cafes/restaurants/clubs are all spread out and away from hotel. If it is only for a couple of nights, I think it is the overall experience is fine as the traveling time to the airport is relatively shorter as compared to staying more closer to central Bangkok. So a plus for that too!

Good Hotel
Neutral: - swimming pool in open area as it's on the g/f Pros: - Less rooms so less noise at night - Free Tuktuk transportation (to and from BTS) Cons: - a bit dark around hotel at night for safety reason - Toilet air ventilation too strong that dries out body easily when applying soap

Weekend stay
I live in Thailand and went to BKK to enjoy the city . The hotel is tucked away from the busy roads. The room was small but comfortable with an amazing shower. In the morning there was construction we called the front desk and they had them stop so we could get our rest. The tuk tuk to the BTS was very convenient . There is the TGIFest every weekend you can walk to with food trucks and different vendors.

Beware
We chose this hotel the day before arriving and that narrow time frame does not allow cancelation. We did Not want to cancel but we did request an early checkin whereas our flight, like many international flights, arrived very early. A few hours after booking I received an email from the hotel stating they had the right to charge an extra day for an early checkin and they did! we had to pay 4 nights for our three night reservation. If we refused, Internet booking sights require a one night payment for less than 24 hour cancelation and in many instances less than three days notice. In final analysis, it's a grossly unfair and unethical policy.

Really loved it and would definitely come back
We had a lovely stay at this cute boutique hotel. We actually knew this hotel via their discount on Groupon but later on found out their original prices do not make any difference. We stayed there for nearly 1 week, everything was great. The only problem came up when there was a power cut which I think was from the government since this happens sometimes in Asian countries. We were then provided with another room to use bathroom so this was not such problematic. Later that night however we found out our air-con did not work, we were frustrated because the weather is rather hot and humid and very uncomfortable without the air-con. We were also surprised that the hotel do not have a back up source of power for these happenings. I was impatient but then the staff was very enthusiastic and helpful to move us to another room. I believed without their positive attitude I would leave a bad feedback for this hotel. Other than that everything was great, nice breakfast, clean room, friendly staff (although their English is a bit limited), good design hotel (we actually spent a few hours to go round the hotel to take photos before leaving) and close to lots of local shops and bars. Overall it was a pleasant time to stay there and I would recommend to my friends and come back here next time.
