Spacious, clean, catered to Chinese tourists

Spacious, clean, decent breakfast
The room was spacious, clean, and everything was provided that most hotels would provide. Bed was very hard, it felt almost like sleeping on a carpet. Breakfast was decent with quite a few choices, but it is catered towards Asians and mainly the Chinese, hence it may not sit well with others. It was ok for us as we are Singaporean Chinese and used to it. Location was abit far from the Mekong River, we had to walk out to the main road and hail a shared tuk-tuk. We picked the hotel as we only had to stay one night before our early flight home next day, so we could walk about 45 minutes to Wattay International Airport from the hotel, which was what we wanted. Good enough a stay!

very comfortable

room, pool,
Room was lovely, very comfortable. Was nice to be able to use the pool. The staff were excellent but spoke very little English. Dinner was very expensive compared to other places. Breakfast was mainly catered towards Chinese guests who are the vast majority who stay here, and so there wasn't much that I wanted to eat. Very nice stay overall though

100% Chinese Hotel

Pool, Room,
a bit far from City Center located in chinese quater, Swimmingpool very nice but not quiet, room well equipted and clean, breakfast only from 7.00-9.00 not at all suitable for non chinese guest, staff seems to work a lot, looks stressed but try to be friendly.Smoking is permitted in all public areas,People spit into ashtrays, big lobby with shops, a lot of them sell any kind of Ivory Products. A very Chinese Mentality everywhere.

Hotel stay

Cleanliness, Room size, facliites
Nice big room Very clean. Coffee and Tea are replenished daily. Staff knows chinese. (i'm chinese and english speaking) so it's makes the language barrier less significant. Surrounding area is full of chinese shops and stalls. Overall a good experience

unsatisfactory from a food perspective

location, staff, cleanliness
I struggled to find healthy vegetarian food close by and had to travel a few kms. The hotel restaurant did not cater at all to vegetarians diets. The breakfast was disappointing and all I could eat was fruit.

Wrong Choice For Me

Can Not Find Any
Wrong Location For Me. I should have stayed on the MeKong. Everyday I had to ask for Toilet Paper. Could not get my clothes washed from the Hotel for reasons unknown to me. No Tuk-Tuk or Taxi outside of the Hotel. Had to walk half Km to the main street to find a Tuk-Tuk. Not Expat friendly.
