We went there in July and even if the wether wasn't good the hotel was so wonderful (my god the view from the breakfast) that we were under the spell all time. the room was very clean and extremely large and spacious, the food maybe a little expensive for what it is but the magical place makes you forget about that and you just need to relax and enjoy.

a bit lost in space but nice pool
Summary: Don't expect a 5-star or luxury hotel European or Asian standards because you will be disappointed...they are trying it hard to make it look and sound special but in reality it is just a resort on an island in Thailand and their country level. Staff is really nice and friendly and always have a smile on their lips, even though they welcome you on your honeymoon package under the wrong name and at check-out time again. If paying the 300$ for a Veuve Cliquot bottle is worth it (Duty free at 60$) is up to you but at least the bottle came fully wrapped in cling film including the glasses which amused me as you need to unwrap them like at christmas time...;) Speaking of prices: A bit ridiculous pricing over the top but if you don't mind paying a lot for average food or drinks that's the place for you! Speaking of sustainability: A lot of plastic trash at the beach sand and in the water and I saw people collecting it. Mentioning also the non-stop armada of small pick-up transport trucks which brings you to the room and back, if they are considered as sustainable is another question. Maybe the Management can afford to invest into a golf-cart a-like electrical transport system which would be the more credible way rather than asking for re-using the towels. +: great breakfast, great pools (infinity and a bigger one with waterfall), friendly and smiley staff, very helpful, WiFi everywhere -: over priced, remote location and hard to reach rooms (transport needed), dirty at the beach and sea, smell in the room is like in a mouldy cave, the Jacuzzi in the Superior rooms needs around 30 + min to fill so plan ahead, you always need to type the login data again if you change locations

Beautiful Resort
Beautiful resort and friendly staff!!! The food selection though, quite limited, and wasn't excellent as you would expect from a resort. The massage about the same, you would expect more from a resort. Great ocean view room and not very expensive, the infinity pool was awesome, but gets a bit crowded.
