Fantastic colouring, nice rooms

The paints and designs in the rooms, the rooftop restaurant, the friendly staff
Upon arrival the Agoda reservation proved worthless; the mail had not reached the hotel. Yet the staff immediately set out to arrange three double rooms for us and although it took a while, they managed to do so and we got really nice, painted rooms. The hotel is a really fantastic place with stunning, exotic colors, a lush patio, a nice terrace and a rooftop restaurant that is quite slow in serving the food but the views on the city and the fort make up for that. The staff is still somewhat inexperienced but are truly enthusiastic to make this hotel a success. We hope for them that it will turn out that way.

I did not like this hotel.

Walking distance to main attractions
My stay of 3 nights was too long! I did not like this hotel and I would not recommand it. Hot water did not come twice and they had to fix it. Internet did not work half of the time. Bed was hard and thin, it was very noisy because people talk very loud in the center garden. No intimacy. My room was very small and not very clean. Staff was lying on a bed most of the time. I think you can find better option in Jodhpur.

Location and nothing else
In one word awful. I arrived at 6.30pm and my room wasn't ready. I had to wait for over 90 minutes due to guests still being in the room. Once the waiting no apology was issued for the delay. The room itself was very basic and quite honestly not pleasant at all. This was easily the worst place I stayed at in approx 4 weeks travel in India.

Our Jodhpur trip spoiled due to this worst hotel.

I have not seen this type of worst hotel in my 59 years age. Worst location, worst entrance, worst room, No bracket in Bathroom,Inactive TV, Small Mirror, Dirty restaurant. Only AC was active.

location is ok, price good, rooms not so much

price, price, location
close to clock tower, lots of shopping nearby, rooms were not as clean as expected even with a room upgrade. Also has mosquitos which is annoying cause can't go to sleep without getting rid of them all first. Staff was very nice. We stayed in another heritage guesthouse leaving this one turning left, can't remember name, it was on the way to the ramp that leads to the fort entrance.

I arrived at guest housr with my wife and 4yr old daughter in the early hours of 10 Mar 13, the owner of family-run guest house attended to us immediately. It was a nice experience staying at this place. The rooms were quite clean and suitable for the budget, with cold and hot water (and a boring small TV set & old-fashion cable with local channels). They provide round-the-clock Wi-fi at all floors and rooftop!! The Rooftop restaurant -which has an excellent view of the Fort - dishes out nice food for all including some western delicacies, while non-vegetarian food are prepared at home kitchen which was quite good. (only complaint - Chicken curry and Butter Chicken tasted almost same) ! The area is near to Clock Tower market and 15 min steep (really steep) walking distance to Mehrangarh Fort. Don't eat out, if possible, my kiddie was affected by food-poisoning after my dear Auto wallah took me to the best eatery in Jodhpur during a sightseeing trip.
