Okay but won't recommend it

WIFI and location
Good thing we only stayed here for 1 night. Our room is on the 4th floor without elevator. The hot shower is not working. The bed seems old and really worn out. WORST, THE AIRCON IS NOT WORKING. It took more than 3 hours for the temperature to go down from 33deg to 28deg, that's the coolest even if we keep on adjusting it to 16deg. We only might be unlucky with the room they gave us but I won't be recommending this hotel.

My stay at Sary's Guesthouse

Location, Staff and cleanliness
This was my second stay here and l can't praise the owner and staff enough, they're second to none. I can highly recommend this guesthouse. It is with in easy walk of most the sites, Royal Palace, the riverfront, the night market and lots of restaurants on the front and side streets. The only place now l will stay when in Phnom Penh.

Sary’s Guesthouse

: Location, nice staff,
Generally whole stay in Sary’s was very pleasant, very kind staff, the best location, everything is by walking distance – sightseeing’s, many restaurants and bars, bus station to continue your tour. Very good Wi-Fi. What was only thing I didn’t like was the room. In Agoda is written - city view – for standard Queen room and Superior twin. Only window has Deluxe king room, which is with a balcony. If you don’t need a window and you want cheaper room, I recommend you to book Sary’s GH. I stayed 3 nights in standard queen on the third floor. There is on the top of the wall opening, directing to stairway, covered with kind of the net to get fresh air into the room. But, you can hear all sounds from whole hotel 24 hours, from the bar on the ground floor to the fifth floor. The bathroom is nice, quite big, with rain shower. The transfer I’ve ordered from the airport was not arranged, I called to reception and they recommended me to catch the taxi by myself. 12$ - airport price and 3$ tipping

Good for short stay

helpful staff, good location, clean
Not bad for short stay. The staff help us to contact taxi to bring us to "Killing Field" with a good price. Easy access to bus station that bring us to Siem Reap. The noodle next to the hotel is very taste (a small stall on the road side, turn right from the hotel). Remember to try it out.

Terrible, Staff Appalling, Stay Away

Leaving, Wifi, Mint Toothpaste
Second time around, same room, same owner / manager This time I asked for a second bed sheet ( because this all you get, one thin bed sheet ) I was told to use the mattress sheet as a second bed sheet, so sleep on a bare mattress Laundry is $2/Kg ( which is twice as much as anywhere else, I got 3 tee shirts done there and showed them to him when I got them back, they hadn't been washed at all, he did give me my money back. Coffee still over priced and terrible. The blokes in the wrong business . If I were you choose another place with Agoda, they've got plenty of better places.

Poor Staff, Expensive Coffee, Poor Room Service

Leaving The Hotel, Good Location, Good Wifi
Terrible, the performance from the staff was one of the worst I have experienced in Asia& I've done a lot of Asia & worst rating ever I gave was 6.2 this place takes the biscuit. It could be a lovely hotel if it was run properly. I booked Mekong Express to Siem Reap online & they ask you to call one day before for free pick up from hotel, I asked the owner could he call for me he said no because I didn't book through him but he would arrange a tuk tuk to take me to their office, which I would pay his rate, luckily I had Viber & organised myself in front of him, he then says oh we have people been picked up anyway in the morning MAYBE that have room for you. His coffee is $1.50 and is awful. Don't waste your money on this place.
