It was lovely. We had two children under 4, so per the guidelines, we didn't count them as "people" staying in the hotel. When we checked in, we learned that a standard room would be too small and we were accommodated immediately and had more than enough room. I came up to the restaurant to get some drinks to bring back to our room while our kids were resting, and the waitress, even after learning that I wasn't going to sit at a table, insisted on bringing the drinks down to the room for me and even put some goodies on the tray for the kids. Great customer service.

Very nice, the staff were friendly helpful and courtious, the included breakfast was simple fresh and a great quiet space with phone signals not working, perfect. I enjoyed the bar terrace in the evening and walked to greta frestaurants bars and all the sites without once taking a taxi.. great value

small, old room

location
4.3
The room was very small. The bed was abbout 150 cm but it was only about 190 cm long. Very uncomfortable, old and hard. Pillows owfully old. Request for additional pillow and duvet was simply ignored. Breakfasts every day the same -poor quality.

Pleasant, central location allowed me to get on an affordable tour of Rome. Bus stop was less than 50 meters from hotel. Clean room and friendly staff made for a very nice visit.

Generally confortable and the location was ideal.

Near good restaurant, good park and the hotel location is centralised.
7.3
In general the hotel stay was comfortable and the staff was helpful. The buffer breakfast was good. The location was close to a huge park which our family could spend the whole day but again the weather was not good. The hotel is also clsoe to the bus station and the MRT train, which is within 3 to 5 mins by foot.
