About Scuba Seraya Resort

Description

This boutique resort sits on a pristine stretch of a quiet beach that is one of Bali’s premier dive destinations. The Scuba Seraya Resort enjoys its own private white sand beach overlooking the Lombok Strait, close to the village of Tulamben that is fast becoming Bali’s most popular dive spot. The resort offers a charming garden and oceanfront villas that are just steps from the peaceful private beachfront. For keen divers, the resort’s private beach is a perfect dive destination. Alternatively, the Liberty shipwreck is only about 30 minutes away by boat. The resort features its own well-equipped dive center with a compressor, a speedboat, and medical aid. Impeccable diving week
What else to say that was not already said about Scuba Seraya? We spent a full diving week here, and in less than five days I had seen (and photographed!) some 90% of all the critters I had always dreamed about (it's our first time in Indonesia). Pros: quiet place in front of the beach, with its own muck diving spots (which alone can guarantee hours of fun and discovery), 5' ride to the US Liberty. One guide per 'group' (meaning if you're a couple you get your own diving master: we find this invaluable). Contra: there is nothing out of the main gate, so you'll need a transport mean if you want to reach a village for a different meal (after a full week, the menu starts appearing narrow). Avoid the massages, expensive and hardly professional.

Friendly staffs and good dive spot
Staffs are always at their best to make you feel welcomed, as well as your well being. Very good for shore diving and boat dives :)

Very nice location perfect for diving
The private villas are very good and very private. Love the outdoor day bed. Breakfast is very disaponting, small portions and not v well presented. Dive center excellent with great staff.

Beautiful, quite and clean place good for diving
Good location near some of the most beautiful diving sites. Very quite but also quite isolated. You will need a car or motorbike to go to Tulamben or Amed where you will find a large choice of restaurants and nice snorkeling beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is ok but we are disappointed by the lack of information about diving sites (no briefing at all), places, trips, tips and advices (where to go for snorkeling, for good restaurant, for hiking, for balinese dance, temple etc...). You will find a better (and cheaper) service from the various PADI diving centers in Amed (Fab Dive for example).

Good hotel for diving.
Diving, food, staff.
This is an excellent hotel for scuba diving with a dive school on site. All the staff are very friendly and the food is excellent. They also arranged a fishing trip for us which was fun.

Good enough
Spacious, good food and friendly staff
Nice stay. Very good food. Resort was nice and spacious. Unfortunately the pool is hidden away and is not out in the open nor does it look out over the sea. So it's a bit like not having a pool. Not located in the heart of Tulamben so need to arrange transfers to and from most dive sites (but that's not hard to arrange)

Comfortable & nice hotel

i'm living in villas type. The room is clean & tidy. The shower of hot water is enough. The food is good. But the location is not very convenience than other tulamben diving hotel.
