Dissapointed, no tea bags supplied, no breakfast, despite saying breakfast included on Agoda booking confirmation. Staff seemed unenthusiastic and not very helpful.

nice room, comfortable but not worth the money.

2 levels to room and big enough
well what can i say, we only stayed one night but from this experience i would not stay there again. Pros... We got the sea view room so the view was nice, there were 2 aircons one for bedroom tier and one for living area. The bed was comfortable and the wifi good. Now the Cons....they only have 2 bottles of water that are are free, no tea or coffee is supplied like other hotels do. You are not able to use the cooking facilities unless you stay a few days, i booked well ahead but when i got to hotel i had to carry my on baggage up to room and even had to reach behind the fridge to plug it in so i could start to get the water cold as it was quite a hot day. The shower was nice but the shower head kept falling down while i was shower so i had to tie it up to hold it in place. It also seemed that they did not replace the shampoo and shower gel from last guest. All in all i liked the room but service and not being able to use cooking facilities made me annoyed as well as having to buy some coffee for morning wake up. I will not stay here again as price is to high for what you get. I woul suggest the hotel on top of the cable car mountain as it is cheaper and you get to go around the fun park area for free. Ps forgot to mention that the bed is a mattress on the floor so if you have a bad back forget it as you have to get up from floor.

Nice View

Good Location
I stayed 1 night on 2nd floor with sea view. The room was nice with view and very close to the beach. The sofa had food stains. Otherwise the room was very good. I don't recommend this hotel in case of bad weather. Taxi driver wouldn't come to pick you up during the heavy rain because this area flooded so I had to sit on lobby for more than a half hour until luckily someone who stay there arrived in their private car and allowed me to use it by paying some cash to the driver which was fine with me. If not, I would have to stay there and coulnd't be back to HCM city. The hotel inself is very nice, and I know heavy rain is not the situation the hotel can control. But I hope the staff little bit more helpful in emergency. They've had business there long enough to know the flood situation. They could have warned me to pack things to check-out earlier or maybe help to get a car privately instead of letting me to ask personally to other guest there. If the weather is good, then I think there is not much to complain about.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: There seems to be an apartment building with same name, so watch out the taxi driver. I showed the business card of the hotel to the taxi driver, but he took me to other apartment with the same name across the city so I had to big extra money to be back to hotel.

Will not be back

Sea View
A very bad option there were so many little bugs in the beddings,i got bitten all night... The surroundings are very crowded by Vietnamese people during holidays though, don't expect to be in a secluded and quiet place at all.
Travel tip: Don't EVER rent motorbikes in the area or in the hotel though, they know all each others and tried to make us pay more for motobikes that were in a very bad state (with a lousy rear wheel for example). When we didn't want to pay more for their pieces the woman tried to grab and steal the purse of our friend, which was the very first time we felt really aggressed in Vietnam (apart from verbal aggressiveness of course) In general we were deceived by the locals' behavior towards visitors in Vung Tau.

Good hotel with kitchen

Clean and good location
It was a good location. Right in front of the sea. The rooms were clean, nicely furnished. However, the first room they gave me had a window that was 1 foot away from a high wall. There was no view at all. I had to argue for them to change my room. I was happy with the second room; however, when I settled in, they then informed me that since I was there short-term, i couldn't use the kitchen facilities in my room. That got me really mad. The whole point of choosing that hotel was so I could cook my vegetarian food. They agreed at the end, but only if I pay extra for the gas in the stove. At that point, I felt they were going to charge me for the smallest things, which they didn't. I stayed there for 2 nights only, but originally planned to stay for 2 weeks.
Travel tip: Take the hydrofoil/boat to HCMC which only takes $10 and 1.5 hours, instead of driving there by car for 3 hours. Choose the seat in the middle of the boat.
