Great location with wide beach front.

Excellent. Nice room, helpful staff, good food, dinner on the beach, beautiful white sand, warm sea. Quieter part of Beach Station but walking distance to shops, bars etc.

great hotel, quiet location but still walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, night life, etc
staff is very friendly and always willing to help.
rooms are clean and tidy.
negative: ask for beach front room - i.e. try to avoid staying at the other side of the street + dinner buffet is nothing special, you can get more much more quality at other restaurants.
Restaurant Tip:
Food at ambassador hotel is awesome - less than 5min walking distance from the sea wind resort.

Excellent beachfront location, quiet, relaxing

We chose Seawind for the second time, the first was in Nov 2005 based on our last stay.
Again, the stay was very pleasant and satisfing but I belive there are better places for a similar cost.
The Seawind is a great place for couples wanting peace and quiet, away from the hussle, crowds and traffic around D'Mall. and a great spot for children due to the beach and the fact there are not many hawkers selling things near the hotel.
Not much has changed in 8 years at the hotel but the breakfast standard is not as good as it was in 2005. Prices have also not increased that much in the 8 years for food and drinks in the hotel.
Our room was on the beachfront side of the hotel and had views of the beach and water. It was very clean and very spacious/large. excellent shower, toilet and storage in the room.

Great location, very good hotel
The hotel is very well located on the station 1 beach, service is great, kids are well treated, restaurant is very good

We have enjoyed our stay at the Sea Wind resort, the beach is amazingly clean and white, the water are blue and warm. The hotel staff are caring and generous. The swimming pool is small but well located.
The rooms are ok but the bathroom and shower are not so well maintained, we sometimes did not have hot water.
Restaurant Tip:
Obama grill - 5 min walk on the beach, great grilled tuna.

This was a very nice hotel in Boracay. Close to restaurants etc in station 2 while enjoying quiet time in station 1. Breakfast boring! But ok.
Restaurant Tip:
Go to the food market! Nice experience!

the roms are normal but the location is clearly one of the best in whole boracay.
the sand of the beach in front of the hotel is perfect and it is very calm.
the massages from the hotel (directly on the beach) are very good aswell.
only negative point is the breakfast, quite disappointing.

Charming hotel on the best beach

10 years ago I stayed first time at Sea Wind Resort and now many years later I returned with my wife and two other couples for a short 4 day stay in Boracay. It was if nothing had changed. The hotel was well maintained and the staff friendly as ever. The breakfast unfortunately is mostly for Asians but you can always have a filling omelet from the egg station or a place of toast.
The location of the hotel is the best possible, right on the best beach, Station 1, with turquoise shallow water and clean fine whit sand. To make it short, you fell you are in Paradise.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
In general there is no much else to do in Boracay than to relax and swim. I can recommend a daily massage on the beach costing less than USD 10 per hour or a sailing trip with snorkeling.
For the evening D'Mall is the right place to go with all its many restaurants and shops.
