Very dirty hotel
Had to changed room thrice . First , the room is very dirty. Termites in cabinets and drawers. Insects crawling every where. The sheets were very dirty. In second room, the toilet was clogged. The last room is just ok. Still with ants and insects crawling but not as bad as the first. However, the toilet still smells of rotten wood. The buffet is very unappealing. Cold and very basic. I booked for 4 rooms. We're only 8 adults, but they even asked to pay for the kids... 500 each. They also asked us to pay for the used of their barbecue facility!! They have a big pool but all for kids and all sea water pool. Their hot spring smells and dirty. They have a beach area that is not for swimming. I will never comeback and endorse this to my friends and family. One of the worst hotel I've been. It's not worth the money!

Nice resort
My friends and I had a pleasant stay at the resort for 2 nights. The staffs are very nice and accomodating. The room that we had is the Superior Triple (with breakfast). It is facing the ocean so the view is quite nice. The size is just right for 3 people. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is clean and there is hot or cold shower. The dshampoo smells nice as well as the shower gel. There is also a hair dryer that you can use after showering. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the spa because there are only few guests that time so it is not crowded. The food is okay but I think it's a bit expensive. The only thing that I'm dissatisfied with is the phone in our room is not working so we had to go to the restaurant to order our food and eat there or ask the staff to bring it to our room.

Family weekend
My mom, brother and I stayed here just this weekend. There were good and bad points. Good points: 1. Maintenance were always available (our TV was checked because almost all channels were Korean). We called thrice and and Kuya Jomar was always at our service. 2. My brother availed of scuba diving lessons for beginners and Sir Mike was very good in accommodating and explaining him the basics. 3. The staff (specially Cindy from the reception and Dex from the restaurant) were very friendly and helpful with our inquiries and orders. 4. Their pancit was good and so is their tempura, which is very sulit because of the serving size. 5. They offer a shuttle service (which we availed for P2000 one way). We were picked up from the grand terminal. Bad points: 1. There were insects & cobwebs on the ceiling of our bathroom and outside our room. 2. Restaurant menu prices are high. Imagine, french fries are priced at P200! 3. There were flies on dining hall/restaurant and it is very irritating. 4. We were surprised that the resort was actually far from the terminal. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay at Seas Spring Resort. However, the distance from the terminal is to be considered.

Summer Vacation
The resort is far (30-45minutes away) from any restaurants or convenience stores. On top of that, food inside the resort is very expensive (50% higher than other resort prices), even though there's nothing special about them. Just be prepared to spend a lot of money for food when staying here. The location itself may be a problem for some people (it's in the southernmost tip of Batangas), especially the very rocky roads and many steep slopes you will encounter along the way. The facilities seemed good. But we never got the chance to try the pools because they were all filled with people during the 2 days we were there. The room was decent as we've expected. There are no insects observed inside the room, nor were there any stains in the bed. There was no hot water during our stay though. Not sure if there really is no hot water in the resort or if it was only unavailable then. Will we go back? No. There are a lot of better resorts in Batangas for the same price.

Too far.
Long drive getting there. We booked 2 rooms and sadly one of the rooms bathroom was infested with cockroaches. I highly suggest you not bring any food in the rooms because there are alot of red ants. Other that than the staff were amazingly nice. And the swimming pools are clean. And the hot spring was a bonus. The environment is very natural, the view is spectacular in the morning. Sadly the beach is not for swimming.

still coming back
Value for money: ok, especially it includes breakfast buffet. Location: it is worth the travel. Very nice view. Cleanliness: our room was not cleaned very well, the floor was dusty. The resort was overall clean however, there was suddenly a foul odor (smells like fart) by the hot pool around 10pm.. Staff: maintenance/service staff were friendly, however, the front desk staff were not as good/friendly as them. Facilities: good. Provides towels with no questions asked (other resorts asks you to surrender the used towels, or counts towels issued to your room) Resto food is quite pricey. (Ex: Sinigang na Baboy for 2-3 costs 500) No nearby stores. Our check in time is supposed to be 2pm, we arrived 2:30pm, our room was served at 3:15pm, their reason: the previous guests checked-out late. (Maybe this is one reason that our room was not cleaned well). They told us that we may check out late, but that wont do because we have a sched at 4pm in manila. Overall, our family enjoyed our stay, we still consider going back to seas spring.

Good resort, rooms are old
Dive facilities were good, breakfast was okay, food to order was quite expensive, rooms were a bit old, need refurbishing. Hotel was quite far compared to other resorts in the area. Hotel is facing the sea so it was windy and relaxing though.
