Great service
I stayed here for one night and had an early flight the next day. I left 5 pieces of garment and they were kind and efficient enough to send it to my hotel in Cebu. It's walking distance to serendra (restaurants, shops and bars) and SM aura (shopping mall). Will definitely stay again!

Best Location
The selling point of this hotel is really in its location. Bookstores, boutiques, cafes and restaurants nearby. Facilities are great. Only concern was they didn't check our room when we checked out.

Small but beautiful and modern hotel in the heart of Bonifacio Global City, rooms were very spacious, modern and clean, the bed was short comfy. . Gym had a full set of weights, treadmill, elliptical machine , water dispenser, towels and TVs. Hotel located right across Serendra so there are tons of restaurants to choose from. Definitely coming back!!

Expected so much more of this hotel given the reviews, pictures and price. I also know this hotel somehow run by and or owned by Ayala so I expected a luxe experience. Instead I was extremely let down. The aircon vent was black from dust, the shower head and shower area had mold and the linens including the the pillows and duvet were yellowish and thread bare. The pillows and duvet were also very lumpy and very uncomfortable. Internet was also very slow and waited quite a while at the elevators as well. The closet was also yellow and battered and I dared not place my clothes inside. Some areas of the room also look battered and were peeling at a closer look. I hope Seda revamps soonest Overall, having stayed at the Peninsula Manila and Shangri-La Makati at about the same rate. The stay was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I felt like I was breathing in, showering in and sleeping in filth.

Noisy halls
Staying in this hotel on a Friday night is such a mistake. You can hear the sound system of the roof deck area, I stayed on the 12th floor. And also, at around 4am I was awakened by a very loud argument along the hall. I'm not sure of what happened buy basicially a couple werearguing loudly and running through the hall. And also, upon stepping out of my room, there was vomit on the hall carpet.

Great Staff
Food is good but you pay premium price with the location I recommend eating outside of the hotel.

Still very pleased
When visiting Manila and staying at BGC, Seda is our go-to hotel. I'm glad that the experience hasn't changed and that they still provide accommodations that fit my and my wife's needs. Location is excellent. It is at the heart of High Street. Our trip served dual purpose, having to visit St. Luke's and enjoying the rest of our time afterwards. It is quite a walk to St. Luke's, but since we'd only need to visit twice it wasn't a big deal. Seda is almost in the center of it all making travel to similar distance places like SM Aura, Uptown Mall and Mercato Centrale so convenient to walk to and not have to take transportation. This convenience almost makes up for the higher price rates your subject to. Staff is consistently wonderful. Period. Free WiFi is good and did not pose any problems when needed. Gym was cramped but adequate for my needs. Room was comfortable and clean. Would've appreciated firmer pillows, but left with no other options, the ones provided were decent enough. Basically, if availability permits, I would not need to shop around for another hotel.
