Average stay at Sefton

Easy free parking, proximity to downtown Liverpool and nice surroundings.
Average, carpets are a little rundown, wi-fi not available in certain earlier room (304) and heater not very effective.

Nice view and service minded staff

Nice atmosphone, Service minded Staff, Responsibility
The room was fully booked when I reached hotel and I was told that no booking from Agoda and no room is available, I was so shocked, but the front staff is very nice. He managed to get me the room in the central of Liverpool by sending me to their affiliated hotel, which is 4 stars named Roscue House. Even the atmosphere around Roscue House hotel is not great as the Blenheim Lakeside hotel, the overall service and room are much satisfied. Room is big, clean, and a very warm and service minded staff.

worst room I have stayed in

Nice front of hotel, bar/breakfast room.
I was visiting relatives for a birthday party and unfortunately something was going on in Liverpool which meant all the hotels were booked or treble there normal price. This meant I was left with not much choice and the Blenheim happened to be in the vicinity of where I wanted to be. I understand this is a basic hotel and wasn't expecting a lot, (as I said before prices had trebled due to demand) you expect a decent room. Fortunateness this wasn't the case; The room was tiny, the sink was in the main bedroom rather then the bathroom, no heating in the bathroom at all (it was like walking outside in the freezing cold) the bathroom had damp on the walls, the electric shower only just spurted water out. The room smelt of damp and there was damp patches on the wall. If you like a dark room forget this!! they had a window pain above the bedroom door with the lights left on in the hallway so the room was well lit! the main bedroom door was far from secure and I had to wedge the door closed to stop it rattling.
