stincky, dirty, noisy

it is located next to tthe center
We had the deluxe room... what a luxury ...The room was really dirty, dead insects. The bed was smelling vey bad. Nobody made the room during the day. A disaster. I would recommand everybody to avoid this place.

The are no pros
This is without a dought the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I am a seasoned budget traveler. Nothing like the pictures on agoda. The first room they put me in smelt so bad I was dry reaching. They moved me to another room, dirty, smelly, lights not working, ants in the dirty bathroom. I was suppose to stay 5 nights I checked out after 2. And the breakfast made me sick. There are hundreds of hotels in Ubud that are better value than this hotel. BEWARE....

Central location, lovely staff, & tranquil garden

Courtyard, location, staff
It's a great little place, 200 m from the Monkey Forest and less than 5 minutes to the Yoga Barn. Rooms were large and adequate, but a bit dated and dusty (could smell mold). Overall it was a pleasant place with simple breakfast, friendly staff, but overpriced. Could easily stay in a homestay for half the cost with the same or better amentities.

Good value in central location but not luxury

Lovely garden, central location, good value, good shower
We enjoyed our stay at Sehati Guest House. We were there for 5 nights - very useful location for exploring central Ubud, but we decided to move somewhere quieter after this. The garden was beautiful, it was good value for having fridge, AC, western toilet and hot water, and the shower was excellent. The room was cleaned regularly but it could have done with sprucing up as the tiles and walls were quite dirty and there was damp in the walls/plaster work which you could see and smell. Overall, however, we were comfortable during our stay. And I'm pleased to say there weren't any bedbugs. Not a good place if you are hoping for luxury crisp white sheets and soft towels etc., but nice and good value overall.

Beauty but bad bathroom

Nice and peaceful
Altough it is suponed to be at monkey forest street, it was very difficult to find the hotel. Nobody did not know where it was. The place is nice and cute, rooms are ok but bathrooms are disgusting.better places for that price rate.
Hotel Feature Tip: Not easy to find if you do not know ubud. Most people do not know the hotel

Nice traditional look hotel

traditional look, friendly staff
The room is quite large, also the bed, quite clean, only the hot shower went trouble sometimes

Good location but dirty place

Good location
I stayed in the Super deluxe room and unfortunately there aren't many positive things to say about the room. Its the room closest to the street, so it is noisy due to the heavy traffic. The room, the windows, the furniture were all very dirty due to the lack of cleaning as well as the pollution outside The towels were smelly. My understanding is that it gets better if you have a room further in the garden.

great location but services pretty poor

great location
As I said great location ,but rooms were not so cleaned.Staff on reception were actually nice but their English were so poor.
Tang Z. Couples China, July 28, 2012
Good location but smells so bad

Easy to find location
