Arrived on CNY to relax and book Seruni International Hotel.
Surprisingly was very near from harbour bay ferry terminal.
Location was very good, nearby food shops, pharmacy and 5-10mins walk to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall.
Was expecting a bathtub included but was not given the room with it.
Room seems been awhile since any guest stay as toilet smells a bit.
Water pressure for the showers is so-so.
Feeling the itch after a night's stay in the bed. Experienced a few power trips during the stay.
But is up within 5 mins time.
Overall it's a good stay for those non-fussy guests who just needs a hotel with the basic amenities.
Thumbs up for the location and value for money.

As we request to arrive late, they have no idea that we have booking. Requested higher floor, room was clean but window was facing the renovation opposite, so nothing to nice to view. Breakfast need upgrade, very simple and nothing special.

Nice little hotel away from crowd

It was a surprise to see this little old hotel so clean and comfortable. While I was there, they were doing some up-grading work in the hallway and lobby. My room had a new coat of paint and everything was so neat and clean. The size of my Standard room is just perfect. Do not judge the hotel by it's old looks. It was really impressive and staff were really friendly and helpful. However, buffet breakfast was a letdown. But one can easily find food outside hotel area. Plenty of Ayam Penyet, Bakso, Nasi Padang and so on. It takes about 10 minutes walk to Nagoya Hill Mall. You can find a hypermarket downstairs and many food stalls on the ground floor area. KFC, J.CO DONUTS, GODIVA CAFE, SOLARIA & DUCK KING can be found here. ** Directly opposite the Seruni Hotel has a blind-men massage centre and next to Circle-K is another hidden spa, perfect for foot/body massage. Clean and very professional & extremely cheap !

Hotel is okay since its a buget hotel, but hard to find the location, have to drive around many times in order to find it.

decent hotel at premium location
location, price, breakfast

the hotel location is short walking distance to nagoya hill block, price is good, breakfast with good variety. staffs can be friendlier, lack greets and smiles. reserved parking sign for hotel directors is off-putting, the most important person in a hotel is the guest, not the owner/director.
