Its not a hotel, its a few rooms in a big building

The room was nice, clean, good bed, and nice view.

It is not like a hotel you have to go to another hotel on another street to check in. The room was nice but small, there was a nice view but its very noisy because of the traffic on the main road below. The location is quite good because its near the train station. The breakfast is terrible, unless you like stale sweet things and the worst coffee I ever tried. They were very strict about what time you can use the breakfast room too, which was right beside my bedroom so that was another noise in the morning.

Great price, 12 min walk to barberini station

overall, i was satisfied with the stay. it's a bit far from the train station, about 10-15 min walk but it was okay, bus stop is just across but we didnt know which bus to take. it's located at the 4th floor (5th including the zero floor) and we always took the stairs as we weren't provided the elevator key. i think they would have given us a key if we insisted but we didn't. breakfast was included too. the indian receptionist was so nice, he would give tips where to eat and the quickest route to the tour spots. cons - no wifi provided but sometimes, i could get free wifi from the window

Clean room with some issues

Clean comfortable rooms
5.7
the reception is located in a dingy little hotel a block away and doesn't seem to have very good communication with the owners of these rooms. there is no manager on site so if you have any issues it is very difficult to get them taken care of. there is no phones in the rooms so you must walk a block to report any problems. our room had no top sheet on the bed but i was able to locate clean sheets and make the bed. the shower door was broken but we were able to prop it up to take showers. that said, the room was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated.

Buena ubicacion
