A beautiful heritage hotel
This is an elegant property full of style and historical references. Ideally situated within easy walking distance to Chinese and Indian precincts and a range of architectural and cultural attractions. The staff are personable and responsive to any request. We were welcomed with an invitation to the last 20 minutes of afternoon tea where a jazzy soul singer was finishing her performance. It was a great start to our first time visit to Penang. Whilst stairs to our upstairs bedroom may not be everyone's preference, the living area downstairs was spacious and strikingly decorated. We liked sleeping above in a huge bed with a pleasant chill provided by the air conditioning. Robert and his staff are sincerely motivated to ensure we had a great visit, and we did.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel
We stayed in the family suite. It was spacious and beautifully furnished. There was an issue with the AC when we first arrived. Housekeeping straightened things out quickly. The entire hotel is tastefully decorated and well-kept. Complimentary afternoon tea by the pool comprised of tea, fruit and nyonya kuih. The hotel is within walking distance from local (Georgetown) attractions. Our stay was short but so nice!

One of the best hotel in Asia
We had a pleasant stay at the Seven Terraces. It is located at the heart of Gerogetown, right next to St. George Church. Walkable distance to most of the tourist attractions. Hotel is very beautiful and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Wendy and the entire crew. Breakfast is very very delicious too. Will definitely come again.

Excellent stay with helpful staff
We are a party of three adults traveling with two young children. Because of our limited travel itinerary, we only booked a one night stay at this establishment. We booked the family suite which included the breakfast. This suite comes with 2 single beds upstairs, a double bed downstairs, and one bathroom. The room was large enough to add one extra single bed. Since this was just a short stay, this type of accommodation suited us very well (enough space with facilities all in good working order and most importantly the room was clean). The complimentary drinks in the fridge were an added bonus. The check-in was smooth and the staff were extremely warm, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Complimentary afternoon tea was served between 4-5pm (it was simple but elegantly served) next to the pool. The pool was more like a lap pool but suited us fine for a quick dip before dinner. Lastly, the ala carte breakfast served the following morning provided good choices. Overall a highly recommended stay. Would love to return and stay longer next time.

Excellent boutique hotel
We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The room was nicely decorated, the staff was very friendly and according. There was an issue with the wifi and they fixed the problem. We were given a late check out which was very much appreciated. The restaurant serves delicious Pernakan food , but service is a bit slow.
