Very friendly staffs with English speaking

Walking distance to many restaurants
9.7
Got two twin room, but the beds are more like full size so a lot of space. 10 minutes walk to many restaurants and bars, Yamaha electric store and major train station. There are also a famous ramen shop just a minute from the hotel and open till almost mid-night. There also a market with hight quality international food and Lawson convenient store within few minutes walk only. I took my daughter 5 years old to Hello Kitty Land by train no problem. Take the green line, no change train needed.

nice location, but lots nosiy customers

nice location and front desk service
6.7
The Hotel is close to the places I wanna visit, so it is convenience for me. However, it might be during New Year vacation, so other travelers came to celebrate New Year. They made lots noise at the very late night, but no officers stoped them. This is the only problem for me; I might not choose this Hotel at New Year next time, but I think in other time this hotel is good for staying during business trip.

Great Value Hotel where staff spoke good English

Hotel is in a quiet area with several subway and JR stations nearby, did not have trouble communicating with the front desk, clean rooms with good size bathroom
9.7
I was travelling with young children and found it too far to walk to the JR Yamamote Line Shimbashi Station. It was easier to use the Tokyo Subway lines(Hibiyia Line)as the stations were nearer to the hotel. However, as these were underground so it was confusing when finding the right exits to street level. Hotel was excellent value, clean, kettle, fridge and ironing board, iron provided. To get English CableTV like CNN, you need to buy a JPY1000 card which is valid for only one day but it comes with free English movies. The Room TV only had local Japanese channels available.
Restaurant Tip: Be prepared for a 20+ minute walk to Shimbashi JR station. Streets around Shimbashi station are filled with cheap eats as well as good upmarket resturants. Plenty of fast food available too if you need them. There are a couple of resturants also at the front door of the hotel.

Practical Hotel in the heart of Tokyo

Room & bed sizes are reasonable

7 minute walk from 3 subway lines - in a reasonably respectable, quiet and convenient part of Tokyo.

Basic Room but central location

Good access to subway or train station
5.7
The room has very basic amenities and is very small. The hotel staff was not as friendly as we had experience in other hotels during this trip. We didn't feel welcomed. It is not near any subway/train station, but with 15-20 mins walk, you can access to three main subway/train lines, giving good access to rest of Tokyo.

Practical hotel

Close to subway lines
5.3
while the hotel is close to subway lines, if you're planning on mainly using a jr pass on your japan trip this hotel may not be the best choice as it is a bit of a distance from the nearest jr station, while a 15 min walk may not seem like much, done multiple times a day it does get annoying. the hotel is very much a practical business hotel with typical small rooms of many discount tokyo hotels, however this hotel seemed that much more cramped, especially the bathroom. hotel lobby wifi, however only in-room ethernet

Great value: Good location and confortable room

Location, room space
8.3
The location is very good. Very good to roppongi and not far from different subway lines. The room was comfortable and not extremely tiny. The only issue is that the free wifi is only available at the lobby.

Is ok

Very cheap compare other Tokyo hotel

Is very small.... Close to street is kind of noisy.... Kind of old.... Far away from station area
Nightlife Tip: Learn the subway first to get easier distance to walk

Quiet neighborhood, reasonable room size

reasonable room size
4.7
The room size is ok. There's a LAN cable for internet in the room. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, which we thought was a shame. We changed hotels after two days, for a little more liveliness. There is a metro station close by, but not a very well connected line. The service of the staff was very basic. When we asked them to help us contact the Lost & Found at the airport to relocate glasses, they only made the call after persistently asking. No cots available for baby's/children.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: There are quite some nice architecture highlights in the neighborhood.
