Perfect for short stays. Clean, quiet and pleasant

Clean capsules, excellent onsen facilities, great privacy

As an Aussie, it's a very different experience. I totally enjoyed the efficiency of a capsule and all the facilities it provides. Free Clean linen, pyjamas and toiletries means I have less to carry and worry about. I'm definitely coming back here.

Capsule experience

Location cheap and easy.
8.3
It was good to experience a capsule hotel. The staff were friendly and the hotel was cheap. For myself I would not stay there again only because I found it hard to relax in the capsules as I could hear other people and I know they could hear me. I was also not very comfortable with the public bathing. It was also a bit inconvenient because during the day you were expected to empty your locker and leave your bags in a different area 'at your own risk'. So that wasn't exactly encouraging. I think if I was a younger traveller in my early 20s I would have enjoyed this more. But now I am in my 30s I felt like I wanted something better than this. :-)

Good, but to those who are not comfortable with naked-bathing with strangers (same gender, of course), there is no alternative such as private bathroom for you to bathe), so please take this under consideration.

Early check out, late check in

novelty, common room, TV

I feel the check in and out times are unfair and they are very strict in enforcing them. For the most part, the place was far nicer then I thought it would be and it was great staying there. Past the smell of smoke, the place was great to stay in.

Clean and Comfortable

It is clean, clean, and clean. The communal area provides all the services a backpacker needs: landry, food, wifi, etc. The wifi is stable and fast.

Very pleasant stay! The staff are very friendly and professional. The location is very close to Sinjuku station and Sinjuku Sanjumae station, although the entrance is hidden behind an larger entrance to a building. It took me some time to find it.
