Situated on the quiet southern tip of Pattaya Bay, between Walking Street and Bali Hai Pier, the Siam Bayshore Resort and Spa is a contemporary, Thai-style, secluded garden oasis. Kids staying at the resort will enjoy a day spent in their very own pool with its own water slide just as much as a trip to Ripley's Believe It or Not. The adults, meanwhile, can spend the day lounging by the pool, shopping, indulging in water sports, and taking in a relaxing trip to the resort spa. With up to eight excellent dining venues included at the resort, you will never want to step out for a meal. The Siam Bayshore Resort and Spa enjoys not only a convenient location in the resort town of Pattaya, but also excellent amenities.

Just an OK hotel

None that I can think about
Just OK. The Topical Deluxe room description is very misleading. The rooms are not even 2 star. Very old, badly kept, old and torn linen, non-functional TV in one room. The bell boys and housekeeping staff are mostly in a foul mood and need to be given a crash course in dealing politely with guests. I had booked four rooms through Agoda and entered one adult per room thinking that one room will cater to two adults, which is the normal practice across hotels. I was charged 12,000 baht extra for additional 4 adults. on confronting the front desk, they changed our rooms to executive rooms but those rooms were just ok as well. I had to complain about a TV multiple times. The property is old and hardly qualifies for a 2.5 star hotel. A lot of money for no comfort. Getting transport to go to the market etc is a big challenge with Taxi drivers and tuk tuks charging what they want. Unfortunately, ours was a non-refundable booking otherwise would have shifted to cheaper and much better hotels such as Amari or Hilton. Not coming back to the hotel or recommending it to anyone else.

Within spitting distance of chaos

If you want to be in the thick of the throng this is the place to be - some may argue being right on walking street is an advantage - I beg to differ that said the staff were pleasant and helpful
The pool is a decent size and clean Overall the f&b is good and the staff helpful - my main complaint is too many steps to lug luggage if you staying at the back and a horribly smelly river to cross (dry because of heatwave)

Good hotel at a bad location

Tasteful food, prime area, and polite staff
It was a bad experience for me because there is a sewer canal runs right thru the middle of the hotel between the lobby and the garden view resort. The awful smell from the sewer would ruin anyone's day.
