Great location and service, but keen-eye for tips
Polite customer service, unique room designs, and great breakfast buffet
I stayed at Siam@Siam hotel for 6 nights. I arrived to the airport late due to my flight delay from Phuket to Bangkok. Upon arrival with my girlfriend, I was approached by a kind concierge who was more than willing to open the doors, greet me with a friendly smile, and prepared my luggage for its transit to my room. The first night was a unique experience. The hotel is designed with such different design expectations of a hotel that is, on average, rated at 4 & 1/2. It's not your expected hotel with white furnishings, contemporary and modern but instead an environment or half-lit rooms, reflected multiple colours of the different walls (Some even left at it's construction stage, a grey slab) but nevertheless an experience I've not recieved before, and I've visited a lot of 5-star hotels. One of the pros was that, upon arrival, I was upgraded to business class. During payment through Agoda, I simply ticked Higher Room and when I got to the reception they had advised me I'd be staying on level 22. The top floor for accomodation is 24. This was a bonus for me. If you want more information or very important 'TIPS' for Thailand, here is my email: In a nutshell, the pros: - The positive environment - The new architectural feel - The breakfast buffet - The outstanding service upgrade - Location, location, location The cons: - The overpriced tour bookings through hotel - Room service employee looking over your shoulder while meander across the receipt and sign while coming across the 'tips' section awaiting payment. - The realisation that a month prior to my stay at Siam@Siam I found a 'flight-centre' deal that stated pay 2 for 3 nights stay. Overall, not much regret as Thailand was a great place to be to just relax, shop and amaze the eyes with amazing historical monuments and shows. Siam@Siam is definitely a hotel to visit.

Very cool hotel, great location for shopaholics
Location, comfortable room, ability to book tours
Really liked Siam@Siam, especially for the location (aka proximity to MBK for shopping!). We shopped til we dropped. The breakfasts were great however other meals were quite pricey so recommend exploring dinner options outside of the hotel (but if you can't be bothered, the food was delicious at Party House 1 on the ground floor). We booked 2 tours and a show through the hotel and all were cheaper than what I could find online, plus so much easier to arrange. Definitely recommend doing this. Overall, really good hotel with a great feel - it just looks SO cool!

Great service and location.
Close to shops
My friend and I shared a room and had a lovely time at the hotel. We always felt well looked after and safe. It was so close to shops and cheap and cheerful massages. Perfect hotel for two girls.

Stunning Design and Great Service
Design, location and service
We were first taken by the exterior design and colors of the building. The inside was equallly enthralling. You will see lots of artistic impressions all over the hotel. Service was great too. The staff immediately knew our booking. We were also given great flexibility in check-out times (due to our late flight departure) - before we even asked for it. The rooftop bar was also quite exquisite, although it rained on the night we went up.

great location and artsy hotel
5 mins walk from bts, complimentary evening drink & snacks, very delightful breakfast
it was my first bangkok trip, and chose siam design hotel. stayed there for 3 nights, and there was a 'surprise' cake for my girlfriend, as it was her birthday date when we checked in. nice design of the hotel, and love the massage and gym facilities. although the service was great, the hotel was somewhat dark. the good thing is that the hotel is close to the bts station, and it's the one that has the escalator to go up to the station (as mostly stairs, and you can imagine after the long day of walking). i stayed on level 22, and that was supposedly non-smoking floor. however, my girlfriend smelled this cigarette odor around the hallway. overall, great service, great location, and facilities.

loved this hotel
It's funk and style all the way!
Loved, loved, loved this hotel and will definately stay here if I return to Bangkok. Right in the action of Siam, close to public transport, tourist attractions, shopping, this place was so enjoyable to come back to after a hectic day in Bangkok!! Do yourself a favour and stay here!! Pictures are the real deal, except once you arrive, the view will take your breathe away!
