Ask To View Your Room 1st...

Awesome Staff, Southern Table food(At the casino), refrigerator
I hate giving this horrible review,I LOVED THE STAFF they were accommodating, friendly, courteous. The pool was nice and clean. The room I was in was one of their "remodeled rooms" and there was 2inch gaping hole at the bottom of front door. The front door looked off center from being kicked in or something. Their was a also a water leak under the sink. I am a travel agent and I would absolutely never recommend this place to Clients. Here's the main problem... I prepaid the room before I left California, I was under the impression I was set and everything was taking care of...when I got to Las Vegas I was forced to pay an additional $120.00 for that total price I could have stayed at a nice 4 star like South Point but unfortunately, they were booked. They were the only place that has room I see why?! There were people outside doing drugs and selling drugs in the evening hanging out all night long in parking lot, loud music. You truly get what you pay for. This was the worst experience in Las Vegas to date!

ok budget choice

very good & helpful front desk staff
The room was ok. but the walls are thin & had noisy neighbors fighting. But the staff is outstanding so helpful & accommodating letting me check in early on a full night. Highly recommend!

Do not Stay at this Hotel!
Bad. This place is located in a very bad area of North Las Vegas. At lot of people begging for money, people arguing late at night. There isn't any security present. Maid service does not come every day and the front desk could not provide clean sheets and towels every day. This hotel is also very far from the main Las Vegas strip, so you would need a car. Make sure you have a Hotspot on your phone, because their WiFi is very slow but it is not very secure either. I was never able to get on it the whole time I was there. Word of wise, don't stay at this place. If you travel to Las Vegas, try to stay during the week. Room rates are much cheaper and you will find a lot discounts on rooms.
