Basic
Helpful Staff
They did not have the room we booked available so gave us a smaller room which we could have gotten cheaper by just showing up. Its a little out of the way and absolutely basic.

Hotel has potential
It's located close to old market and pub street, the pizza baguettes are pretty good and that's about all the good stuff

Being cheated. Hotel dirty. Manager are very rude
When i reached hotel, the are not aware about my booking. After front counter took about a few minutes then only they allow me to check in. When im asking bout breakfast the front counter said my room not entitle for breakfast. But i told her it is already include in my booking. Then she call the manager (cambodian man) the manager was very rude and said no any breakfast because agoda make a mistake for this booking. I tried to argue because its very clear in my booking, breakfast are include for two. But manager don't bother and just walk away.

Dirty, poor service, overcharged
Swimming pool, relatively close to markets, restaurant on sight
I would not stay here again. Despite staying 4 days and asking various times for my room to be cleaned (it was not prior to moving in) they failed to do so. The toilet was broke and so was the sink. I was discouraged from paying for each meal as we ate it and when I paid the bill the day we left there were things added we had never received. I was sold a bus ticket at the counter of a bus that failed to show up or be reimbursed. Because I have a toddler, we preferred to eat at the hotel since it is approx 2kms to the nearest restaurant. but 3 out of 4 meals were forgotten and had to be reordered leaving us with an average wait time of 1 hour and 10 mins for service each time. (This is WAY too long for a toddler to wait) Thus the things we reordered each day were added to our bill multiple times over. I am typically pretty accommodating and patient but this hotel needs some serious issues addressed.

So-so
Cheap, not far from market and restaurants
I was traveling with 2 friends to Siem Reap and stayed for 3 nights. The staff and service was okay. There were a lot of backpackers that stayed in this hotel. The hotel was good enough since it is a cheap accommodation and we only stayed to rest.

Hotel has pool budget price but bed bugs issue
Room size clean quiet mostly pool walk to market
This is a good Hotel but is declining. Our room was good but missing fridge, they found one but it did not work, later finding another so they were very accommodating without having to remind them. By second nite bed bugs so changed room. We sprayed the bed woodwork etc with RAID and had only a couple of bites over several days. Siem Reap seems to have several hotels with Bed Bugs. Have to say overall we enjoyed the stay, despite the first encounter with bed bugs. They must work harder on the bed bug issue. Location was quiet sometimes noisy guests.

Great location
Pool - on a blazing hot day, to be able to jump in the pool was heaven. Staff - they were all so sweet and friendly. Even the little guy with the glasses who got breakfast orders wrong. Bed - big.
This hotel was a great location away from the centre but only 5 mins walk if you wanted that. The rooms and beds were big and there are hot showers. The food was good and the laundry service was same day. Staff are friendly and helpfull. Only a few things to watch out for. Bring your own towels as there's are a bit fusty smelling. We stayed 6 nights so had to asked for clean towels as there is no cleaning of rooms or linen changing. One of the young staff members who had glasses (looked like a young Ronnie Corbet) kept putting the food orders in the wrong room books so when you paid it had orders that we didn't have. Pay for your food as you go as you could end up being billed for stuff you didn't have. Nice breakfast muesli and fried eggs on toast. The manager guy and night time staff were excellent. Would defiantly use this hotel again.

Budget swimming pool
Swimming pool, price, location
Expats (young couple) living in Cambodia, we often come to SR to work/relax. We always stay in this hotel due to price/swimming pool/not so off-center, but we need to lower our expectations every time. The room/bathrooms range from moldy to little bit less moldy. Food follows Khmer standards (nothing fantastic, but filling). The swimming pool/room price is the hotel's only attraction. Location leaves a bit to desire; kind of off-center, in an ugly street with "cabarets" abounding. Plenty of tuk-tuk drivers just in front (performing the classic "let's harass baraings as much as we can" style). Summary: stay here if you're in a budget and enjoy a swimming pool, but really, that's just it. Otherwise, stay in a very cheap hotel, and go to Angkor Era (8 dollars the spa + massage). In addition, their e-mail/phone number doesn't work.
