Old, poorly maintained and isn't even resort
- Very old and poorly maintained - Breakfast was really poor, with not much options - Not very clean and shower look terrible - Far from the ocean (200m) walking distance - They only have rooms + restaurant - not even close to a resort.

Excellent Resort

Nice pool, room perfect for family, tranquil
Pleasantly surprise with the value for money with regards to accommodation. Would stay again next time in Phu Quoc

rats in the room, what could be worse???

location is not too bad
what an expereince!!! to be honest, things couldn't be worse!!! let's not talk about the room without a window cuz comapre to the rest that was nothing. we had broken showerhead ( got that fixed after talked to the customer service), and rats came out from a hole on the wall in the room and woke us up in the middle of the night. we had two young children with us! when we discoverd the hole, we saw the hotel had done something before trying to stop the rats coming out--by simply put a cardboard over it,obviously it wasn't working!!! and they gave that room to us when they clear saw we have young children, which i found was totally unacceptable!!! then we had breakfast no eggs/hams/bread which was pretty much the only thing they offered for breakfast except for soup noodles. and then power cut and water cut in the morning for a couple of hours in a hot day!-- and all of those didn't draw the hotel management's attention. i would not recommend anyone to go to this hotel! totally waste of money and time and probablly ruin your holiday!

Overpriced and poorly maintained

On Phu Quoc, breakfast was mediocre, great view of buildings out back
I stayed because I had booked for 4 nights or would have gone elsewhere. It is a run down, poorly maintained facility, The English ability of the staff was acceptable, but could not do anything about problems. I would not recommend Sim Gardens nor stay there again.

nice place to stay with friends

quick walk to the beach, exchanged money at reception, spacious rooms
Good time at Sim Garden, would stay there with friend's wouldn't necessarily go with family/kids. Breakfast was included in our room however I think it closed at 10 so we missed it a few times and was asked to pay extra. Range of breakfast on the days we did make it wasn't a big range though. Rooms always cleaned daily, comfortable stay.

Nice and helpful staff.

Helpful staff, good restaurant, red wine.
Love the services rather than room. Redwine is served with good price.

Breakfast is worst

Clean room, reasonable price, nice staff
Breakfast here is really bad. Food smells not fresh, like it has been stored for several days. Nothing is eatable at the buffet. But staffs are nice, friendly and willing to support.
