SOMEONE TOOK MY NEW TOWEL

Near MTR station
5.3
The staff are all helpful especially Ate Lolit. We stayed for 3 night. Everything was okay on the first 2 nights but on our last night someone took my new towel from our room and when I talked to their staff she told me that maybe the cleaner took it because maybe she thought that it is their towel which is not acceptable reason form me.1st it's new, 2nd its thicker, 3rd there is no name on it and lastly they only provide 1 towel for a double occupancy room so how come your claiming it's yours. And when I complaint they just told me that they can't find it since they have 200 rooms and all the used towels were already in the laundry area.So for all travelers, keep your things inside you bags because when you are outside for a tour the cleaners will clean your room and maybe this incident will happen to you also.

servants is your guest...

Air conditions working perfectly, wifi is fast and staff quite ok
4
To be honest, staffs are generally ok. They are able to convey in English, most of them including the cleaners are from Philippines. Majority of the guest beside your own room are from Philippines too. The whole place is like Singapore lucky plaza. Well, if you don't mind the heavy touting at ground level, generally is ok. The touters were harmless and they are quite useful if you need a budget room in that area. Actually, we secured a room from Singapore hostel but were assigned delta hotel after waiting for hours to check in. Cause the servants were using the empty room you have booked or assigned, If you don't mind, give them some times to shift to another empty room. I believed they are the same interms of accomdation facilities, Small and cramps! Just got keep your valuables with you as the servants might pop into your room with her owns food and drinks while she was tyding up your room. I literally saw a can rings with a used mug inside my room side table when I got back from day out. If you don't mind, the servants being your guest, I think generally is ok. My 2000 characters is up soon,no hot water facilities inside your room , if you don't mind, please excuse yourself outside for hot water and room temp drinking water is unavailable. 1x small Microwaves and 1 x heavily loaded tiny fridge were outside too. All co shared with your friendly room mate!!! Lastly, this is infuriating, weighing matching scale is not accurate, misaligned by 10kg, do not know how they do it and do not wish to ask them! I disposed most of my items bought because after using the bloody scale , it was easily over weight. During my stay, while I was using the wonderful hot water and microwave facilities, I saw tourist disposing brand new items away after using the weighing scale. The more items you disposed the happier 'they' are. You know the amswer why. To conclude please don't trust the weighing scale and if you don't mind , this is not a bad accommodation place. Trust me! Thanks!
