Very disappointing
too old hotel! Needs renovation...staff are not accomodating...complimentary bottled water are expired we ask the frontdesk clerk for a replacement but they did not give us instead they told us to order and pay for it..wifi connection very expensive and too slow signal! Have very very noisy aircon!!

I picked the hotel for its location near the venues of my seminar and annual convention. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance too. I knew that the rooms were not the best but as long as its clean is fine. First day, room was ok. 2nd day, bathroom had a leak but no hot water So transferred to a new room.

Hotel allegedly had no connection to your company. Was giving us a standard room instead of deluxe room. Initially gave us a room where there was a leak in the bathroom. No free bottled water per day. Although there was a daily newspaper.

The location, food and (establishments around the hotel
The people at the front desk are not very friendly. the hallways of the hotel smells. The room on the other hand really stinks. The linens are not regularly replaced. The bathroom lacks hit and cold shower and the cover of the toilet bowl keeps falling.

Hotel should be a 1 star
I asked the staff to clean my room and it didn't get cleaned, the next day I asked again and was told I had to ask the front desk. I returned 4 hrs later and the room had been cleaned, except for linen and towels which were still dirty, I asked the cleaning staff and they referred me to the front desk, only when I asked the front desk would the room be cleaned. The bathroom was in poor condition, old, not remodeled for decades, the sink had rust, the shower had no shower curtain, the window had old rusted torn blinds. I found a roach in the room, a mouse visited me one night, and I shared the bathroom with one spider which had been living there for a long time. The room was noisy, the TV was ancient, and wiring was unacceptable, with several exposed wires on the hair dryer, the mirror, and one table lamp. The room was very dark, the mattress was old, lumpy and hard to sleep on. I will not return.
