Some of the friendliest and most helpful staff eve
Siripanna had some of the friendliest staff ever. The level of english was great, and not only were they helpful, they went above and beyond to make our stay there extremely enjoyable. There is plenty to do; we did the cooking class (yes, it's more expensive than courses done outside, but was enjoyable and easy), as well as the rice planting in their race paddy. Breakfast has a wide selection, and everyone should be satisfied! Yes, there were mosquitoes around, but it seems to be the case everywhere in Chiang Mai, so can't really blame it on them, and they do have a monthly fumigation for mosquitoes to keep the population under control. The grounds are relatively large and it's nice to just walk around and enjoy being here. Definitely recommend, will come back! Tip: If you want to eat somewhere other than at the hotel, and don't want to head to town, there's a little local kitchen across the road. Just head out the hotel, cross the road and turn right. It's the first little restaurant after the noodle stand (noodle stand only open during the day)

Above our expectations
A peaceful retreat after spending time in the busy city center. Every staff member we have encountered have been so helpful and gracious- genuinely nice. Rooms are stunning and the pool is an oasis

Great hotel in bad location
The staff at siripanna are definitely the hotels best asset, nothing is a problem. It is a nice hotel for relaxing, not much in the way of entertainment at the hotel or surrounding area. To me the only draw back was it was a taxi ride anywhere you wanted to go.

It was my first time visiting Chiang Mai, Siripanna Resort and Spa was a amazing comfortable resort. It is not far from the city and airport. You can find a big garden behind the resort. Staffs are very friendly and helpful!

Amazing hotel
Food, rooms, everything
Absolutely amazing hotel. We decided to finish our time in Thailand and in Chiang Mai with a stay in this hotel for a couple of nights, and it was absolutely perfect. The location is a little out of town, but they offer shuttles in regularly and a tuk tuk is not expensive. You arrive to the hotel and are welcomed by very friendly staff and a very warming atmosphere. The set up and decor of the hotel is stunning, beautiful pool area and delightful rooms. We also had a spa here and it was fantastic. We had food a few times in the bar and it was always delicious, and again the staff were always really friendly. Really can't fault the hotel - will definitely return.
