Short stay.
Rooms are very dated! Need up grade to reflex 5 star. No elevator to second and third floors. We stayed on the third floor. TV Did not work and they tried to fix but still not that good. Channels basically for Thai's. Excellent breakfast, accommodating staff.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, decent location.
Only thing we didn't like about this hotel was that we had to pay extra for wifi.

Excellent
We had an excellent stay. The villa was exceptional and was situated next to an amazing pool. The service was good and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. We felt that the choice from the breakfast buffet was very limited for European taste. This is meant as a comment and not a complaint. Transfer from the airport was very good. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Disappointing Hotel
The hotel is run down and in need of repair. Vegetation was overgrown. The pool was a murky green color and did not look fit to go in.

Great boutique hotel in Chiang Mai
We booked on Agoda 2 days prior to arrival. We initially clicked on the hotel link because the rate was unbelievably reasonable. The hotel and rooms looked great in the photos and was also backed with good reviews so we took our chances and booked. Hotel was everything we were promised and exceeded our expectations. Staff were very thoughtful and attentive. I would recommend to other who are visiting chiang man.

Hospitable service
All staff here are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Warm smiles and they take an extra mile to offer help and help you arrange transportation whenever you step out of the resort, One downside is limited toiletries e.g. toothbrush, toothpaste, conditioner etc. And free water is put in glass bottles in which it's hard to bring on your go.

Some of the friendliest and most helpful staff eve
Siripanna had some of the friendliest staff ever. The level of english was great, and not only were they helpful, they went above and beyond to make our stay there extremely enjoyable. There is plenty to do; we did the cooking class (yes, it's more expensive than courses done outside, but was enjoyable and easy), as well as the rice planting in their race paddy. Breakfast has a wide selection, and everyone should be satisfied! Yes, there were mosquitoes around, but it seems to be the case everywhere in Chiang Mai, so can't really blame it on them, and they do have a monthly fumigation for mosquitoes to keep the population under control. The grounds are relatively large and it's nice to just walk around and enjoy being here. Definitely recommend, will come back! Tip: If you want to eat somewhere other than at the hotel, and don't want to head to town, there's a little local kitchen across the road. Just head out the hotel, cross the road and turn right. It's the first little restaurant after the noodle stand (noodle stand only open during the day)

Above our expectations
A peaceful retreat after spending time in the busy city center. Every staff member we have encountered have been so helpful and gracious- genuinely nice. Rooms are stunning and the pool is an oasis
