Different from room photo
This is probably the worst hotel we ever had. It was quite different from the photos on websight. We reserved a standard double room. As shown in photo it should have a bustab and as described it should have hair dryer and refrigerator and safety box. But actually it did not have none of them. Moreover the free wifi and air conditioner did not work at all. And stuffs did not show the attitude to fix the problems above. We made 2 nights reservation and canceled the 2nd night of course.

Terrible service
Five floors hotel with no elevator poses great challenges to exhausted visitors. The male service staff at the reception counter was rude and lack of proper communication skills. In-room facilities were not user friendly, eg high positioned water heater and missing hair dryer.

Location near the metro entrance
I spent 1 night at this hotel with my 2 friends. 1) the location of the hotel shown on the map (at the time of my booking) and the actual location of the hotel is different. So i spent a good half an hour asking the locals about the hotel. 2) I got the fifth floor and guess what, no elevator. so that's convenient. 3) the hotel located right in front of the metro entrance, that's a plus. 4) one of the staff is kind enough to share his insight about polaces to go and how to get there, the other one, not so much. 5) the decor of the hotel (carving on the room's door) is a bit raunchy, not suitable for kids, I tell you that.
