Needs good housekeeping
Staff, staff, staff! Extremely accommodating and genuinely concerned about the guest.
The hotel's location was not suitable for us. Felt far from Gurgaon city. Congested area and absolutely no view in any direction. We had to change rooms twice the very first 24hrs as the standard was way below a 4star. The third room was manageable and the staff really tried their best. Breakfast spread was very limited by western standards but the Chef Mr Thapa was always ready to help in any way he could. He went out of his way to prepare gluten and milkfree meals for my partner. There are 3 tvs in the dining area each showing a different program with low volume as well as playing soft music on speakers. Quite dusturbing... In general, a hotel that lacks good management and overall maintenance, but has incredible staff🙏

I only book 1 day thru agoda, but I stay 5days in this hotel.. staff is very friendly .. even on arrival they upgrade our room,, location bit out of the city, but not a bad location, many food options, also hotel Breakfast very good.. I have no issue recommend this hotel for your next stay...

not worth even 3 star
Waste of money. Rooms were dirty. No bathroom utilities had to ask for everything. Airconditioners were not working properly. Bathrooms were not to the mark had Allentown fixtures. Nothing to be compared even with a 2 star hotel. Basically famous with Japanese clients as they serve max Japanese food. Rest our stay was a disaster as breakfast was absolutely useless. Rooms were dirty.
