the room is quite big with a kitchen. there is a good sea view in the room but the hotel is near a cemetary. it is not near any mtr station, which is a disvantage. it takes around 15-20 minutes to get to wan chai by bus. in view of the place in which the hotel is situated, it is not really convenient. the workers there are polite and affable. overall the quality of the service is still satisfying.

Second visit with satisfied experience

We were upgraded to a sea-view suite which was excellent. Staff there were helpful and polite. Everything same as last time we visited. Will definitely come back for the third time.

Great view, great service and great design!

The sea view of the room is great. And the room is tidy. And it is not small. The tidy kitchen is good for me to cook. And there is also a terrace in the room, letting us see the whole view of the sea in Aberdeen.

Good to cook just like at home

The sea view is quite good we could see the sunset there
However the toilet is not vv clean
The equipment in the room is not very new

fantastic views and big sized!
separate living room and bedroom, great views of the aberdeen bay, apple tv was a plus

check in was a breeze, we did not know it was considered a serviced apartment. the view was really fantastic, could not ask for better.did not have a bathtub though. location is quite far off the city but u can take a cab in for ard 60hkd or so. would not mind goingback here!
oh yes,no swimming pool or facilities here too..

aberdeen city centre is nearby, within walking distance

we received a sweet delight from the hotel when we checked in. they gave us a bottle of wine for us to celebrate a special occasion. the kitchenette is very nice too. we could even do some simple cooking on our own apartment. but the bathroom facilities are a bit old. staff are friendly and very helpful!

A apartment rather than a hotel

I enjoy staying here because I feel like staying at home rather than a hotel. There is a small kitchen counter where I can cook a little bit of easy dish, a microwave which I can heat up some food. The room equipped with the Apple TV and it is a feature that I enjoyed the most. However, my room is faced at the cemetery, people who scares of that should be cautious. There is no gym in the hotel, and they offer a place for you to exercise at Cyber Port. For which you have to take a bus to get there. In addition, the location is not close to MTR and not that easy to catch a taxi. However, there is a bus stop across the street behind the building. The only thing that I don't like is the pillow, it's too soft. In general, I had a good sleep in there and I might stay in this hotel again.

Big rooms but far from action

Our first imoression of the apartment was poor as the cleaners had not been thorough. Apparently, it had been busy, but i was unconvinced over our 4 night stay that the cleaning job had improved at all despite us requesting a better clean. They forgot basic things like replacing toiletries every night, easily remedied with a call to reception. One of the heaters didn't work, which was a problem one night when it was cold. Otherwise, the other heater kept us warm. We wanted a place where we could do our laundry midway thu our trip. It has 3 complimentary washers and dryers which took ages to dry. You have to bring your own powder, but it was convenient having this facility available. The bathrooms are showing signs of wear and it is a small but functional block of apartments. Our taxi had some difficulty finding it. it is about 30 mins bus trip to Stanley markets, and to central, there is no mtr closeby, so there is some time spent on travel everyday. however, the bus stops are practically over the road, so there are no long walks required. Breakfast is basic with cornflakes, toast, yoghurt and fruit, but adequate.
Overall it has a generous amount of space, especially for hong kong. I guess you get what you pay for, in this case, location is compromised for space. If you have heaps of time, it would still be recommended for a stay as we liked the wifi and comfort. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English.

Don't bother with the 3 day unlimited mtr card cos you can't use it on buses.
