it was most enjoyable and fun with my wife and kids. the hotel staff was very accommodating and usually went out of their usual routine to satisfy their customers. our stay was indeed worth the trip from cebu city. we plan to go back and spend a much longer time.

We reach Quot Vadis Dive Resort about 7.30am. The reception is not 24 hours, it only opens at 8.00 am. We had our breakfast at one of their restaurant. Due to low season, there are not much person around. There is a supermarket near the hotel which is convenience but not much variety.

Quiet stay

Moalboal is very far away from the city area and this resort is rather isolated. Most of the people staying at the resort are there solely for diving. There are nothing much to do in the day and travlling out to anywhere else e.g. Oslob will take a few hours. Even the White Beach at Moalboal (nothing fantastic) requires a 15mins trishaw ride. So do reconsider going Moalboal and staying at the resort if you do not intend to go diving. Beware of the trishaw drivers who may mark up the prices of short rides. The room boasts of the minimal facilities expected. Resort is good for a quiet and relaxing stay. And though the breakfast doesn't taste nice, the restaurant (where the trishaw drivers commonly are) serves really delicious home-styled food. It may not be as cheap as the roadside stalls but the serving size is huge and the food is extremely yummy. Do have a meal there during your stay, it's really worth trying.

Bad resort but goos location for diving.
Nothing positive to say about owners or reception staff, who were rude, argumentative and uncompromising.

General description says the room included a TV, it did not. Despite the resort being half empty, it took a
mammoth discussion to get a room with a TV. However, only the second night was at the lower price, it was
then increased without my knowledge, as I found out at check out...?
Dive prices were reasonable, if you had you own equipment, though for some inexplicable reason, equipment
hire doubled in cost between beech and boat dives, the staff could not explain this and the management couldn't be
bothered to contact me. Bad attitude go to the Abyss dive resort, next door.

Very enjoyable stay. The location to other restaurants and the activities in the area was nice and easy to get to. The staff was very attentive to my needs and requirements.
