Underwhelming experience. We had 24 hours and wanted to swim and steam but the facilities were so not clean we did not go near them.

The biggest plus point about this hotel is its accessibility to the beach, apart from that the facilities and the service did not seem like a 5 Star hotel.

A very good property
Excellent staffs, property, beach side resort. One minute walk to beach. It was a warm welcome. We loved it. Surely, next time i wud stay in the o resort again.

Don't Expect a Five Star Experience
Our stay was nice enough, but should I go again, I would look at one of the bigger, five star, chains just down the road, as this hotel is clearly not deserving of it's five star status. Although the 'Resort' is in a good location, backing onto Candolim beach; and has spacious rooms, many fixtures in the bathroom were broken and two lights in the room didn't function, making it dark and oppressive (instead of having a relaxing holiday in, we tried to stay out as much as possible it was that depressing!) The air-conditioner is centrally controlled, meaning the room was at at chilly 21 degrees; making coming back, the beach or a walk in the monsoon very unpleasant. There is was no mini bar, the room-service menu was disapointing and the Gym is little more than re-purposed guest room with a few dumbbells and a treadmill (no towels, water or extras as you'd expect from a five star), Breakfast buffet was of inferior quality and little choice, and when I asked for a cup of coffee later in the day at Kitsch, I was told they only served tea! Complete Disappointment!

if you are not bothered / care for service and client value then O hotel is for you
front desk staff doesn't know how to talk to guest and threatening the guest to beat him up no hot water in the bathroom blood stains on pillow

Good experience
Hotel staff was really good at the time of entry but on day of check out they were too busy to serve in the same way. Infrastructure wise the hotel is very goo only thing which can be improved is walk to the beach is too tiring as beyond pool there is sand where some tiles could be put for ease of walking. Overall a good experience

Great experience
Thanks to Nilam Shirodkar and her team for showing amazing courtesy to me and my family during the trip. Few suggestions: 1. Pls start the beach facing restaurant asap as that would make our stay more interesting. 2. Amazing View from "O View Room" but suggest to redo the interior of the room to make it spik and span. Rooms needs better interior finishing as per it's status. 3. Hotel must have more inter-connected rooms so that we can feel more secured coming with our elderly parents and kids. We couldn't get interconnected rooms as there was only one set in the hotel which was booked for long stay. 4. Suggestion for Agoda: Pls have a customer care number for India so that we can promptly get our queries resolved. India has a lot of potential for Agoda Travellers. Thanks...
