Unless you cannot find a better hotel
I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you really need one. It's not an easy place to find, lobby does not switch on it's air-con, it's a long walk from the train station's closest exit (exit 5) and there was a bad sewer smell that permeated the room every now and then. Disturbing. Stayed 4 nights and I had to plug up every drainage hole in the toilet when I'm not using it so as to stop a lot of the sewer smell from coming into my room. There are better hotels for the same price.

Affordable Hotel but a bit far from city center.

This hotel is affordable. It is situated in a very quiet neighborhood. It comes with basic amenities for solo travelers like me.
Except for the one kilometer walk from the station, which can be a bit tiring after a day's walk, this hotel is perfect for my budget, considering that Tokyo is a very expensive city. In the future, however, I will choose a hotel closer to the city as the total cost for transportation (end of train line) and travel time I can save, will compensate for the difference.
