A Good Hotel, Friendly, yet some issues

The hotel was good, yet one couple in our group had a horrible room. The sanitation of the bathrooms could use some work.
The area is Harbin, which has a few tourist attractions around, yet hardly any English speaking personnel outside the hotel.
Due to this, the concierge is required to be used. They were very helpful and good, yet most of the time it didn't work out.
This was quite frustrating because this is your only option if you don't speak Russian or Chinese. Many in our group were getting frustrated.
The overall service was great in the hotel and it does contain some nice (over priced) shops within it.
The worst part of the WHOLE hotel is that there is not any WIFI in the rooms, only a hard line. This is difficult for those of us who utilize wireless devices.
There is a business center down in the lobby area, yet you have to pay by the minute to use it.
The WIFI is free in the lobby, yet connect is terrible.
They really need to work on their internet situation.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It is good to have every destination translated in Chinese so that you can display it to the taxi driver.

哈尔滨五星级酒店的选择并不多，所以这家已经是很不错的选择了吧。位置也没有传说的那么中心，不过旁边的万达商场倒是提供了许多便利。前台服务高效且态度好，房间舒适，不过浴室设施在五星级酒店里做的还是稍欠缺一些，尤其是洗浴产品。。。感觉一般。

В целом нашим отпуском в данном отеле мы остались довольны, думаю, что в следующий раз остановимся опять здесь. Все было просто замечательно (хотя грибок на стенах в бассейне можно было и убрать). Очень понравилась кухня Elements на 2 этаже, а вот бар Ku (который там же находится) немного разочаровал, скучно. Номер был превосходный, все убиралось как следует. На ресепшене тоже все вопросы достаточно быстро решались. Хороший отель, но не твердые 5 звезд.
