Overall good stay

friendly staff, clean room, quiet location
overall ok for our 4D3N stay, we had some problem on the air-cond and safe box but they sent staff to repair them immediately. The breakfast selection was poor and not tasty. Was a bit disappointed that the birthday amenities was not there as promise, it was important to me as I wanted to give my bf a surprise on birthday night. Try to check out before 12pm as they will charge a USD20 for an hour of extension.

Great hotel but far and overpriced food and drinks

pool indoor pool villas
Good hotel, friendly staff, very large pools and villas are great but it's too far from the town, and the food and drinks are way overpriced for Cambodia, a beer is 5 times more expensive inside the hotel than any restaurants in Siem Reap! Because the food is 3 or 4 times more expensive in the hotel than in the town, we ended up getting TukTuk (moto-taxi) twice a day to go to town for Lunch and Dinner, they are cheap enough, but still adds about 20 USD per day. Check out day felt more like an eviction day, with very strict rule on departure time, 12 is check out time, and they called the room phone at 12:05 to make sure we were leaving or else charge $50 USD for late check out!!! Staff is nice and smiling but like everywhere else in Siem Reap any excuse is good to charge extra $$$ for every little thing.

Terrible Service - unfriendly - greedy - dishonest

pool, pool, pool
hotel forgot to collect us from airport - then did not refund the travel cost until the last day - tried to sell us certain massages instead; the shuttle in the hotel from the main building (which is like a shopping mall - loud, freaky lights) to the bungalows never worked; the card to the room did not work after each day!! worst: the hotel implemented a policy and instructed the tuc-tuc drivers that the hotel charges all prices double, meaning if the transfer from hotel to pub street normally costs 2 USD, the hotel charges 4 USD; a normal driver+guide to Angkor Wat costs for a day 50 USD the hotel charges 105 USD (35+70) - greedy!!! at the pool ist a BBQ - the personnel let all the kids play with the food - who wants to eat if some children were splashing pool water on the meat and play with it, before you eat it? Terrible hotel, terrible staff, greedy managment!! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!
