Condition of room disappointing...
Was allocated a room at 15th flr just in front of lift. Room smell of mush and food. Indication of not cleaning thoroughly after cooking. Receptionist received my request for hand towels but did not send them up. Somerset has always been my choice hotel whenever I come KL that's why I hope they can look into this.

Good location, corridor carpet has a smell that says need cleaning, but the room is ok and clean. Consider value for money stay, room is quite spacious.

Awful breakfast
Your breakfast is terrible. Need to imporve. I am a fan of Somerset but your breakfast in KL and Bangkok are awful. Need alot of improvement. Your reception staff is rude. Slow and unfriendly.
