Not recommended
The food was passable. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Highlight was checking out.
No hot water for almost the entire stay, despite having paid extra for a "premium" room. Location, is in the middle of labyrinthine slums with absolutely nothing within walking distance except pigs and open sewage canals (having lived in refugee camps I'm hardly a high maintenance traveler). Staff do their best, and the room was quite comfy. But this place took two hours of navigating the surrounding slums to find it from the airport. Their phone number is not listed on Agoda, so that made things extra fun.

Not what I expected. A real let down
curtesy at door.
Honestly, it wasn't what we expected. From prior reviews we chose to spend our Christmas holiday there. We booked two premium room for 5 days and 4 nights. The room was average, nothing premium about it. One of our room actually has no window at all. There was constant noises at night. The indoor swimming pool which we hope to use was not operational. We were told it had a leak, and there was not any sign of work being done to it. The shuttle service for in house guest was not free as it was made to looked on the prior reviews. There is no provided mercedes Benz as stated. When we asked for shuttle to ambience mall, about 1.5 km away, they wanted to charge us 300 rs each way. We ended up walking to the main road and catching an auto everytime we want to do anything. There us really nothing to do at the hotel. The food wasn't really all that. There wasn't much of a variety. There was not a buffet as stated. There wasn't any international options. My kids wasn't able to find any food that they could eat, so we had to travel to the mall daily to buy food each meal. Hot water is an issue. Maybe because there wasn't many people here during our stay or not, but there was hot water for most of the day. Seems like they only turn on hot water heater at certain times of the day. There is no central heating unit. So the hotel is very cold. When I asked about turning on the heat because it was too cold for my 10 month old and 5 years old, they finally brought us a little space heater. On our first day there we wanted to leave or switch hotel, but we couldn't because Agoda made us prepaid ahead of time to book the hotel. My wife, our four kids and I were very disappointed. We felt we could have accomplished more and done more things for cheeked staying home. The idea of a hotel is for an escape, a holiday or a time to relax. In my honest opion this hotel rated the lowest of all my prior experiences.

Nice rooms but hotel services far from complete
Friendly staff, spacious room
The room was nice however the shower did not always have hot water, sometimes no water at all. The hotel is in a very remote area which makes it hard to find for visitors or taxi's. There was NO breakfast on my 1st 2 days ? Looked like I was the only guest, still construction going on at the hotel. From the menu of the restaurant less than 50% available. Spa not open. The staff really did their best to make my stay as good as possible, but just all regular hotel services weren't available. One of my weirdest stays :s

"Below the mark service. No value for money"
little less expensive... close to main places in gurgaon
Was not a great experience... You are paying less than an ibis or something but still you expect some basics... No hot water unless you request them to turn it on.. That too I don't think they did eventually. Most items on room service menu were not available and they were not apologetic about it. Some tap in the bathroom was also not working... Could not do anything about it... Phone in room was not working... Will not even think of staying here again
