Great hidden gem!
High quality accommodation at great prices

Really lovely hotel (once inside - average exterior). Close to many attractions and not far from the subte. Nice staff, elevator wasn't working, great food, swimming pool for summer. Overall, most impressed.

妻と娘2人の4名で年末に宿泊しました。
パレルモソーホ地区自体はおしゃれなカフェやブティックが所々に点在している青山や表参道のようなエリアですが同じ地区でも全く異なる顔を持つstreetが存在することを思い知らされました。
このホテルがある付近は壁に落書きがたくさんあり治安が悪そうな雰囲気。
ホテルの看板は思わず見逃すくらい小さく、インターフォンを鳴らしてから施錠してもらい敷地に入ります。（治安の悪さを象徴している？？）
部屋によっては良い環境のものがあるのかもしれませんが我々が宿泊した道路沿いの部屋は車の走行音で夜もうるさく妻も閉口。
チェックイン時にあわててタオルを準備する等素人なサービス。
夜中に停電。
チェックアウト時に素人の学生スタッフしかおらずカードでの支払いができず結局1時間程度時間を無駄にした。
