Not a friendly staff, poor quality meals, old facilites hotel.

The receptionist was unkind and did not accept our reservation at first. She actually put us on the side while she assisted other people, and after a waiting time she treat us badly to finally let us in as a favor. The hotel was located in a central area, but no security was seen, even we saw dangerous/delinquency situations in front of us at leats two times.
