Great location - comfortable rooms

The hotel upgraded us to a deluxe room, so we could be on the same floor with our kids. We really appreciated that. The deluxe room was oversize; the mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. The tea service in the room was a nice touch. The bathroom had a large jacuzzi, and marble walls and floors.
The only minus was a bugspray-like smell that permeated the hotel lobby and the halls.

O Hotel tem ótimas acomodações, o serviço é de uma forma geral muito bom. Tem uma localização central excelente. A rua é tranqüila. A higiene é excelente e o pessoal é, em sua grande maioria tem muita cortesia. O café da manhã é um dos poucos pontos negativos. Além de ser pouco diversificado, o salão é pequeno e alguns de seus empregados são desatenciosos.

A limpeza é muito boa. As acomodações são ótimas e bastante luxuosas.

O hotel tem ótima localização e é bastante luxuoso. A limpeza e o conforto são seus pontos altos. Deve ser destacado no entanto que o café da manhã é fraco e especialmente o serviço de atendimento da sala de café é feito por pessoas despreparadas e nada cortezes. A sala de café é pequena para a demanda de um hotel que tem 14 andares! Os elevadores sempre estiveram com problemas e também não comportam a demanda do hotel.
