Great location but need urgent renovation

It's an old hotel near to Florida street.
The bathroom was renovated recently and was very good. However the room is outdated. The fridge looks like older than me and the furniture makes me feel a museum visitor.
The breakfast was good, but was very simple.
Wireless conection was very slow. It was hard to use the skype.
The gimnasium was closed.
