The hotel is located near Florida st, so it is very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Hotel seems to be quite old, but remodeled recently. Wifi is not free, but not that expensive. Breakfast is also nice.
Shopping Tip:
Near the hotel, you can easily find many shops. Be careful at night, as some streets are dangerous.

1. Rooms (double superior) are too small. On arrival we
received a very small room which was replaced (after we
complained) with a slightly better small room. Certainly
not what one would expect from a double superior room in a
4 star hotel.
2. During our four night stay we did not find a single English
speaking person among the front desk staff.
3. Breakfast was dull, untasty and sometimes not fresh!.
Lots of trays with croissants' 2 types of standard bread,
uneatable (scramled)eggs etc.
4. Whenever asked for advice, staff suggestions regarding
excursions, ordering taxi in advance and other services
seemed to be aimed שא increasing the front desk staff
earnings
(e.g., a taxi to the airport was proposed at twice the
price paid for a taxi taken at the entrance of the hotel)
5. WiFi was not availble in the roon (only in the lobby)
although there is a sp[ecial charge for it.

Nice location near Florida Street
Location, good breakfast.

location is great, the busy and famous florida street is only a few staps away. florida metro station (they call it subte) is nearby. staffs are nice though only one person (patricio) speaks decent english he only works day shift. others are friendly, though language barrier can be quite a challenge. nice spread of continental breakfast buffet. clean rooms and bathrooms. tv reception is not so good, not very clear. wireless internet is not free, about ars per day or so, and the connection is quite bad at upper floors. saw people sitting in front of elevators or at the lobby with their notebooks to the lobby to get better connection.
Shopping Tip:
Be careful while walking along Florida Street. It's safe - many ppl, many tourists, many stalls - just be aware of pickpockets. Strap your sling bag across your chest and be alert all the time.
