good location near city center, small rooms, good services, the bread in breakfast is very good, walking distance to metro station and many bus pass nearby, restaurant and shopping street are by 15 mins walking

Very central location. Cannot beat night. I got a much better room the second time around. Noticed paint smell. The hotel is doing lots of upgrades. Service is very good, courteous and friendly. Breakfast is basic and often the hotel runs out of key items but there is always coffee :)
Restaurant Tip:
For beef lovers, you cannot beat La Estancia on Lavalle pedestrian mall.
For those who like pizza, Argentine style hip/cool, there are three restaurants right together on Rodrigues Pena between Santa Fe and Arenales that are hip, cool and have decent food. Right across the street is the Shamrock but unless you like loud driving techno music, this ain't much of an Irish pub. Quiet conversations over a pint is not what you will find here.

Great Location and fantastic price.
The hotel is smack in the middle of the action and very unbeatable in terms of price.
The downside (and this was no deal breaker for me but might be for more demanding travelers):
1. Bathrooms are small and the drain smells. Simple solution. Cover with bath mat.
2. Traffic noise is perceptible as are conversations whenever anyone is standing in the hallway outside your door.
3. Breakfast was limited and quickly ran out but there was usually something (coffee and one or two leftovers) for those arriving after 9:30 am. Solution: get there earlier and maybe try to remember to think of other guests who might be coming after you.
Positives:
1. Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Ironically, these smaller, cheaper hotels seem to have more proactive service staff than some of the more expensive ones where serving others seems to be an endured embarrassment to earn a living rather than a joy to serve.
2. Free Internet computer stations in lobby. Bit crowded and prone to connection interruptions but hey... free and convenient.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a great outdoor restaurant one block away (toward July 9).

location close to shopping area. Sexy lady was working in the kitchen for breakfast.

Good value hotel, about 6 blocks from Florida shopping street. Also many of the cities monuments are a few blocks away. Room was ok, not many TV channels though. Free wi-fi, although signal was weak in my room, I could go down to reception. Breakfast was ok, bread, croissants, juice, coffee etc... The was a really beautiful lady doinf the breakfast when I stayed, if you are lucky she will be there for yours!!

It's a Days Inn so I wasn't expecting much and I was not disappointed. But it was upsetting that the elevator didn't work one morning so I had to climb five flights to get to the restaurant on the top floor. Can you imagine if I were 80?

O hotel necessita urgêntemente de uma reforma, sem afetar os hospedes.
Tivemos falta de toalhas de banho e as que forneceram estavam rasgadas e furadas.
Serviço de quarto deficiente, com 4 noites não houve troca de lençol de cama.
Café da manhã muito simples.
Os funcionários da recepção foram muito amáveis e prestativos. Muito bem recepcionados.

O hotel esta sendo reformado muito lentamente, se não for muito exigente ele é ideal devido a localização.
