Aging hotel but value for money
Decent breakfast, nice sized (but aging rooms)

The room needs updating but for the price it does offer value for money and is off the congreso area, and not too far from the subte. I found the area to be safe with some good restaurants
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The closest subte station only serves for trains into town. For trains out of town centre, you need to get off one stop later (its not too far)

This was essentially a pretty decent hotel, but the problem I had was that it was located on a side road that did not really look that nice. However, that said, the interior of the hotel was very clean, the people very friendly, and the service excellent. Breakfast selections were not extensive, but they were certainly sufficient and one could always ask for eggs and hot items a la carte. The concierge was very friendly and always ready to provide great advice.
