great location in palermo

first and probably the strength of this hotel is their staff, very friendly and always willing to help (esp alfonso). i enjoyed my stay here even though my room does not have a clothes rack nor a cabinet. for the duration of my stay the clothes remained in my 2 big travel bags. the restroom/bathroom is very clean. i also find the beds comfortable.
