nice hotel but some of the facilities werent open

overall we were very happy with the hotel. just some issues; the jazz bar that was advertised about the hotel, wasn't open, and wont be open till march. the terrace (with the outdoor jacuzzi) wasn't open. we told them we really wanted it open (as that was one of the reasons we booked there) and they opened it, but the jacuzzi was freezing cold and there was yellow stains all through it. however they tried to open it i guess. the staff was pretty helpful though, and the breakfast was really nice.

Melia Recoleta Boutique Hotel in Buenos Aires
The rooms and bathrooms were nice. I liked the bathrobes in the rooms. The lobby was nice. I liked the free access to the internet available in the lobby. Nice location, too!

The hotel and staff were great! Our room was very comfortable and a nice size. The lobby was nice and we appreciated the free access to the internet available in the lobby. They also provide bathrobes in the rooms which is a nice perk. The concierge gave us a great restaurant recommendation that was within walking distance! The location to the Recoleta Cemetary and other sites is another plus.

Buen hotel pero no pude quedarme

La ubicación es muy buena, en un barrio tranquilo y relativamente cerca del centro.
El problema es que al hacer la reserva ´puse mal las fechas y al querer cambiar o cancelar no pude por lo que tuve que pagar la estadía sin poder utilizarla.
Por lo que vi, el hotel es muy bueno.

O hotel está muitissimo bem localizado, a uma quadra da praça da Recoleta, perto do Shopping mais charmoso de Buenos Aires, numa rua bem tranquila e bonita.Peca um pouco pela conservação, embora seu mobiliario seja de otima qualidade e beleza.O café da manhã é razoável.O preço é bom ,em vista do que oferece.
