Excellent location with fantastic staff

We stayed for 4 nights in October 2012 and had an enjoyable time. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating especially with helping to find tours or helping with attractions, in our case they even collected a delivery to the hotel for us while we were out sightseeing! The hotel itself was in a nice part of Recoleta. Breakfast was a simple cereals ands toast affair but fine to start the day. Would recommend this to my friends.

Petit hôtel de 11 (d’où son nom) chambres dans une ancienne maison bourgeoise , très années trente. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Les chambres sont très agréables toutes différentes (4eme séjours ) , la 7 avec son petit salon, terrasse est très bien ; la 5 aussi le petit salon est remplacé par un dressing de rêve, et pour les amoureux très cocooning 2 petites chambres sous les toits (9 et 11). Pas de restaurant mais le quartier en regorge.
