Good hotel,good location, slow services

The hotel is in the style of 90's. The main attractions are in walking distance (15 min). The swimming pool is good, but the water is deep,not heated and very noisy because of street traffic, not good for children.
Travel tip:
Taxi is good and cheap, but drivers are not speaking English. Exchange rates are very different, there are 15-20% differencies in rates, especially between the countryside and Buenos Aires.

Good hotel but rather too big

We arrived at the hotel at about 12h30.First they could not find the reservation I had made through the site,then I was told we had to wait until 15h00 to get our room which was kind of annoying... Finaly, in order to store our luggage until then,we were greeted by a very obnoxious head concierge.
Apart from this the room was very nice and service in other parts of the hotel was good. The 2 ladies who welcomed me at the business center (to get my reservation printed) were super cool.
Travel tip:
Avoid the head concierge !!
