good location, near florida street (shopping) and a few blocks away from puerto madero. this is a good hotel for sleeping and thats it

The hotel is well located, you can go by foot to almost anywhere, but you can hear the noise from the street even with the windows closed and the air conditioner on. Maybe in other rooms it doesn't happen. The staff is very gentle, ready to help. An average three stars hotel.

Good hotel near pedestrian street
Very good location, close to the pedestrian street FLORIDA. Many tourist interest places in walking distance. The rooms are clean and the bed was ok. Breakfast is buffet and very well if you come early - around 07 am.

It seems that Tourists from Brasil like this place - so be prepared for noise in the hotel in the middle or end of the night when those people come back to the hotel from a night out. The people on the reception are friendly but checkout (paying with Visa credit card) is quite time consuming. It takes in my case every time more than 10 minutes for me!! If there are a few people in front of you, plan for ample time. We asked for taxi to EZE airport around 05 pm and they suggest us Remise for around 95 peso but we end up paying 114 peso.
Restaurant Tip:
parrilla al carbon. just a few meters left from the hotel on opposite street side on the corner. here you can eat really good beef. the portions are big (500 gramms) and the average price for the meat is around 30 to 40 pesos. we eat Cuadril, lomo and chorizo - and it was goooood. The price for the wine is high, so better drink beer. Service is also friedly and helpful for choosing the meat.
