The hotel was very clean. The bathroom was clean and modern and very roomy. The continental breakfast was very good and lots to choose from. The internet wasn't always working. My family and I found the Wilton Hotel to be a very nice hotel. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were very nice. The bathrooms were modern and very roomy. The sleeping areas were a little outdated but clean. The beds were small but nice. The continental breakfast was very good. It was the same every day but they offered a lot of different things to choose from. The staff on the whole were very nice and helpful. But they were not too helpful in trying to help us locate our baggage. Our baggage didn't arrive with us and they were not willing to help us find out where it was. They had two computers that were for the use of the patrons but the internet didn't always work.
Shopping Tip : When shopping make sure you have cash (pesos) because not every place takes credit cards.

I liked this hotel so much, but missed having a mini bar in the apartments.

The best hotel is its location!! The room and bathroom, immaculate! thought the price was going to be worse. Very good breakfast. The very warm and friendly staff. The rooms should have mini-bar. The computers that are in addition to the lobby. When leaving the hotel, I was super happy to have found a cheap hotel (I travel often to Buenos Aires, and I stayed in several) very well located, and with all minimum expected of a hotel. But I I have been unpleasantly surprised, upon arriving to my country, I realized that I stole the key to my email, and even worse, sent an email that if I wanted it back had to pay $ 500 !!!!! When making inquiries, to retrieve my password (the character, change password, and delete mail importanticimos, and command mail spoofed) told me that the sending mail with my name were sent to the hotel. And going to the airport I already, I tried to get my mail, and I could not. I tell you the last time from my mail, was in the hotel computer to do the checking, and I noticed that an employee of hotel was always behind me. And within minutes I had my taxi to take me to the airport. The computers of the hotel, are in the lobby, and one sees, who may be behind one. This I find very serious, and I will contact the hotel to ask if you work there, the person owning the account you sent me the mail charging $ 500. Thank goodness and retrieve my mail, but as this "character" had access to information super important. I will remedy this unfortunate episode in the ratings of the hotel. But I will not leave ignore what happened to me, and I will find out if the hotel clerk or a passenger.
Shopping Tip : The hotel is located near the best shops in Buenos Aires, and what is best in a fairly safe and very nice addition.
