Los puntos de ventas deben unformar bien al hotel, no conocían Agoda y por ello me facturaron dos (2) veces.

Todo muy bueno, como siempre. Por eso elijo este hotel o el Express de Rosario para estar en mis viajes. La atención del Personal excelente. El único problema es es mencionado arriba. Me hace perder tiempo en reclamos inútiles.
Restaurant Tip:
El del hotel es muy bueno en presentación, calidad y precio.

Ante la duda el cliente paga dos veces
Es un excelente hotel, com mucho confort tanto en las habitaciones como en las areas comunes.

Creo que ante la falta de preparacion de algunos genrentes de hoteles, Agora deberia avisar de una forma mas elocuente la llegada de los pasajeros y la forma que fue contratado y como el hotel cobrara el alojamiento de los mismos. De manera que quien usa el servicio no sea incomodado ni irritado con ese tipo de cosas.
